Chalet Serena and the chef Ketty will open the door of their kitchen for a weekend of cooking lessons, dedicated to those who like to "get their hands dirty". During the lessons the guests will learn the recipes of traditional foods and how to prepare them, and they will assist to the cooking of the dishes that will then be tasted for dinner.
The guests will learn to know typical dishes such as "canederli", "gnocchi", "tortel de patate", "spatzle" and many more: Ketty will unveil her most precious secrets and recipies.
